For a healthier option, we recommend serving over cauliflower rice &#8211; although the kids might prefer their favorite noodle!<\/em><\/p><p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 &#8211; 2 lbs. pork tenderloin<\/li><li>1 cup chunky applesauce<\/li><li>1 cup BBQ sauce<\/li><li>1 tbsp minced dried onion<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>No cooking is required for this freezer meal.<\/li><li>In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (including the raw pork tenderloin).<\/li><li><strong>TO FREEZE:\u00a0<\/strong>Combine everything in a Ziplock bag, evenly coat meat, label and freeze.<\/li><li><strong>TO SERVE:\u00a0<\/strong>Thaw in fridge overnight. Empty all contents into a crockpot and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours (or HIGH for 3-4 hours).
